Delivery Information
We Ship within Australia and to New Zealand Only

We ship within 1-5 business days (excluding Queensland & Australian public holidays) of order being received. Your order will be sent with Australia Post.
Express Post is available - this is Express Delivery NOT Express Dispatch.
During Sale Times please allow additional dispatch and delivery time.
Insurance option is available please email us prior to placing your order, if not option at checkout.

New Zealand Shipping is charged by weight.

We use Australia Post with Signature. Please be advised that requests for leaving without a signature is at your own risk and Pura Stainless will not take any responsibility for delivery once the package has been collected from our warehouse.

Tracking Orders
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided.  Updates are emailed or sent by SMS to you all the way to the final confirmation email of your item being delivered.  You can also track your order via Australia Post website.

ATL - Authority to Leave is at your own risk
If you have chosen Authority to Leave ATL and your item is not delivered, an Investigation will need to be lodged.  This is usually quicker to be done by yourself using the Australia Post Website, as you can be advised through the process. 

If the investigation conclusion is that your package has been delivered to the address provided, and the delivery company has provided evidence through the investigation,  Pura Stainless is not liable for parcels left with the possibility that it is a claim due to fraud or has been stolen or for any other reason for item not being in the place of provided proof by the delivery company.  You should make a Police report with regards to theft of an item.

We do provide an option at checkout for Signature Required with Insurance, for peace of mind.

Return to Sender
If your item is returned to us due to non collection from post office, supplying incorrect address, or for any other reason. For the item to be resent you will need to pay the return postage fee (these vary depending on your postcode and weight of your item), plus the cost of resending the item/s.  If you decide to cancel the order, you will be refunded the amount paid less, original postage, return postage fee and a restocking fee of 15%.
