Delivery Information

We Ship within Australia and to New Zealand Only

We ship within 1-3 days business days (excluding public holidays) of order being received. Your order will be sent with Australia Post with Signature or Sendle ATL with up to $100 Insurance.

During Sale Times please allow additional dispatch and delivery time.

New Zealand
Shipping starts at $15 for New Zealand Shipping and is charged by weight.

We aim to have orders sent within 24-48 working hours of your payment clearing in "our account". 
We use Australia Post E-parcel with Signature.
Please be advised that requests for leaving without a signature is at your own risk and Pura Stainless will not take any responsibility for delivery once the package has been collected.  ATL s

Tracking Orders
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided direct from Australia Post.  Updates are emailed or sent by SMS to you all the way to the final confirmation email of your item being delivered.  You can also track your order via Australia Post website.

RETURN TO SENDER

If your item is returned to us due to non collection from post office, supplying incorrect address, or for any other reason. For the item to be resent you will need to pay the return fee of $11.00, plus the cost of resending the item/s (from $9.95).  If you decide to cancel the order, you will be refunded the amount paid less, original postage, return postage fee and a restocking fee of 15%.
